Don Bristow

Don is a U of S Commerce alumnus who has been in the insurance and investment industry for 25 years. Throughout this time, he has been helping both individuals and businesses with their insurance and investment needs. His company Bristow Financial Services provides more specific information regarding the work he does. He is also the President and majority stakeholder of BMA Benefits. In addition, he holds the Chartered Life Underwriter designation (CLU) and frequently advises the top executives of insurance and investment companies through various councils. He is a member of Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU), which are national professional association of elite advisors that regularly advises governments across Canada on critical tax and finance policy.
Aside from his credentials, Don prides himself on his Saskatchewan roots and is continually giving back to his community. Whether it’s serving as chair of the board at his home church, volunteering with the Huskie Football Alumni, or donating to the Friends of the Bowl Foundation, he is always looking to support the charities and initiatives involved in the community that shaped him.

Char joined Don Bristow and his team at Bristow Financial in 2013. With a background in the insurance industry, she is passionate about cultivating relationships with their much valued clients. Char is licensed for mutual funds and life insurance through the Insurance Council of Saskatchewan. She provides administrative and operational support and is often the first point of contact with clients.
